Nyanborhood

Nyanborhood is a neighborhood cat collection application. It’s an app that shows you where virtual cats are in your neighborhood and motivates you to explore the area and take pictures of cats for your cat album.

Neko Atsume, however, was a bit difficult. Neko Atsume is a cat collecting app - where you leave food and toys for cats in your simulated yard, and cats will come at their leisure. You check back every so often so that you can take picture of the cats.

Neko Atsume's triggers were more in the loading screen, and how to discover more places. 

There was also inspiration drawn from taking pictures of the cats.

Combining these two apps gave way to Nyanborhood in all it's glory.
